Jim's Review
🐛
Jim used to think he was just a fixed worm — good at reading, bad at not being stepped on. Then Dweck showed me the growth mindset, and now I believe I can learn anything! The research is compelling, especially the studies with kids and praise. Gets a little repetitive across domains (sports, business, relationships), but the core insight is genuinely life-changing. Four worms for rewiring how you think about talent.
