Another Jim Collins joint! This worm has a soft spot for namesakes. "Built to Last" is the prequel to "Good to Great" and digs into what makes companies endure for decades. The "genius of the AND" concept is brilliant — why choose when you can have both? It's a bit more academic than its successor, but the research is rock-solid. Four worms for this foundational business classic.
