Jim's Review
🐛
Finally, a business book that doesn't pretend everything is sunshine and rainworms. Horowitz gets real about the brutal parts of running a company — the stuff that keeps you up at night burrowing through anxiety. His war stories from Opsware are gripping, and the hip-hop chapter intros are unexpectedly perfect. This worm gives it four out of five for keeping it painfully honest.
