This is a one-sitting rom-com with zero regrets. Emily Henry nails the banter so hard it should be illegal, and the genre-swap bet is genius-level plotting. Expect to laugh, cry, and add "beach house neighbor" to your dream living situations. If you only read one rom-com this year, make it this one.
